You can say no
at work, but not
to your mother.

Four nights live with a family doctor. You leave with your words in English and Spanish, and a plan for when she pushes back.

Hi. I'm Dr. Amanda Perez, a family physician. I had to learn fast how to use my own voice with patients, with families, and, even scarier, with intimidating doctors in the hospital. I learned it so well that people would call me in to handle their combative patients.

Monday, September 28 through Thursday, October 1, at 7pm Central. Live on Zoom, 45 minutes a night. Every call is recorded, and you can watch it any time all week. $47.

If it was not worth it, you get every dollar back. Camera on or off.

Dr. Amanda Perez

At some point, every woman in our families hits the same wall.

You run the meeting at work… then go quiet at Sunday dinner.

You said yes for years… to something you never wanted.

You rehearsed it in the car… and never once said it to her face.

What we do (aka: the four nights) 🤯

Four nights, 45 minutes each, and you leave every one with something written down:

Short on purpose. You have a life.

  • Night 1, find your voice. What el qué dirán actually is, whose verdict you are really managing, and the physician part: the stress changing how you act, feel, and look (arruga-city).
  • Night 2, build your sentence. We create and rehearse your personal scripts. Practice builds the rep.
  • Night 3, the hard conversations. Scripts in English and Spanish for your mother, your boss, your sister, your partner, and yourself. Then what to do when she pushes back, goes quiet, or cries.
  • Night 4, the two days after. Where every boundary actually breaks. You leave with a written plan for the guilt, made in advance.

Think warm no… with a script in both languages.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • Family brings out the nervios
  • Having hard convos gives you the heebie-jeebies
  • The words spoken to you as a kid (malcriada, mandona) stopped you as you grew up
  • You handle everything for everyone, at work and at home, and still cannot tell your mom no
  • Your kids are watching how you talk to your family, and you want them to see something different

If you're done rehearsing in the car and ready to say it to her face, you're in the right place.

This is not a way to cut your family off, not a class about being tougher, and not medical or mental health care. It is education from a physician. If saying no at home is not safe for you, please do not take this challenge. Call the National Domestic Violence Hotline, 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788 first. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

What women in my last group program said

“I struggled with saying what I truly want. Always a people pleaser. Now I’ve noticed I have said at least twice what I really want to do.”

Iris

“I was so tired no tenias ganas. I give to everyone but never do I give to myself.”

Not worth it? Every dollar back.

All four nights live on Zoom, every one recorded so you can watch it any time through Sunday, October 4, and every script in English and Spanish. The challenge + VIP

The vibe check
(why me 😉)

I could run a clinic and could not tell my own mother no.

I'm a family physician licensed in Illinois and board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. I have spent years across the desk from women whose bloodwork was perfect and whose lives were not.

I believe in:

  • Warm over cold
  • One sentence over a speech
  • A plan for the guilt over pretending it won't come

I am in this culture, not observing it. This is my family too.
This is the class I built because I needed it.

The honest questions

read the fine print
Sept 28 to Oct 1, 2026 · 7pm Central
When and where is it?

Four nights, Monday, September 28 through Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 7:00pm Central each night. Live on Zoom. Camera on or off, whatever you need. Every Zoom call is recorded. Each night's replay goes up the same evening, and you can watch it any time you want through Sunday, October 4.

Is this medical care, and will you answer a question about my health?

No to both, and that is on purpose. This is education from a physician. I am not your doctor in this challenge, nothing in it is a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and attending does not create a physician-patient relationship. Giving you specific advice about your body without knowing your history or your medications would be a guess, and you deserve better than a guess from a stranger on a webinar. What I will do is help you word the question for your own doctor, which is more useful than it sounds.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

No. The challenge is taught in English. Every script comes in both languages, because most of us need one language for work and a different one for our mother.

What if I cannot make all four nights live?

Every live call is recorded. The replays go up the same evening, and you can watch them any time, as many times as you want, through Sunday, October 4. Come live for as many as you can, though. The chat is half of it, and saying your sentence out loud in a room full of women who are doing the same thing is most of the reason it works.

What is the practice partner?

A private chat that comes with your seat. It helps you find your words for one conversation, then plays the other side, your mother, your boss, your sister, so you can rehearse before you say it for real. Your personal link arrives in your welcome email and works for 60 days. It is practice and education, not therapy or medical care, and it never gives medical advice.

What does VIP actually get me?

A private Telegram group with me for the whole week, September 28 through October 4. You post the real conversation, the one you are dreading. I answer in batches, in the morning and after each night's call. Your sentence, what she is likely to say back, and what to say then. No extra hour to show up for, and cameras never come into it.

Is $47 refundable?

Yes. Attend the four nights live, or watch the replays in full while they are up, and if it was not worth what you paid, email me within 7 days of the last night and I will send it back. No form and no explanation needed. The full terms are in the refund policy.

How does the $47 credit work?

If you enroll in Permiso Protocol within 72 hours of the end of the last night, your $47 comes off whatever the enrollment price is at that time. I take it off on my end, so there is nothing for you to claim or remember.

For the woman who can say no at work and not at home

Warm, not cold

Built for daughters who want a no that holds

Warm, direct, and still in the family.

You already know the sentence.
Come say it out loud.

Four nights, live, with a physician, and a little bit of orange.
