Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment details are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card data on our servers.
Unfinished checkouts: If you type your email at checkout, leave the "keep me updated" box checked, and do not finish your purchase, we may send you one email with a link to finish. That also adds you to our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our website, funnels, emails, and ads to improve your experience and deliver relevant content.
Companion chats. When you use a companion or practice-partner chat (for example in 7 Días de Cuidarse or El Qué Dirán), the messages you type are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply, and that provider may keep them for a limited time under its own policy. For the Cuidarse and Qué Dirán chats we do not store your chat on our servers, and we do not use it to train AI models. Dr. Perez and her team do not read these chats. Do not include your full name, health history, or other sensitive details.
Plate and Pace companion. This seven-day companion is different: to write your daily plan and your nudge emails, we keep your first name, email, time zone, daily targets, food log, check-ins (including weight if you enter it) and your chat with the companion on our servers for up to 90 days, then delete them. We do not use any of it to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it. Dr. Perez and her team do not read your log or your chats. Email amanda@dramandaperez.com to have it deleted sooner.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
